The first step is to complete the interest form on the TAP Site below. Please note that this particular program is funded by the City of Hartford's Community Development Block Grant and requires participants to be:
-A resident of the City of Hartford
-Authorized to work in the United States
In addition, the program is intended for individuals:
Seeking employment (or retaining it),
Starting a business (or moving it to Hartford)
Obtaining ServSafe re-certification.
