If you are looking for an atmosphere where you can relax, there is something for everyone at Ropkins Library.

About the branch

About Ropkins Library...

In May 1995, the Ropkins Branch and the S.A.N.D. Everywhere School library merged.  A new 5,600 square foot state-of-the-art facility opened in December 1998.  In March 2023, the Ropkins Branch reopened following a renovation. It now houses the Hartford History Center Annex. 

The renovated branch is open to the community.

Ropkins is open Monday-Thursday from 10am-5pm.
