What is Legacy Building?
Your legacy is more than memories—it’s how you prepare for the future.
In this workshop, we’ll talk about saving family stories and traditions, but also how to plan for things like funeral costs, long-term care, leaving money behind, and setting up power of attorney. Come learn how to take care of your people, even after you're gone.

About the branch
About Ropkins Library...
In May 1995, the Ropkins Branch and the S.A.N.D. Everywhere School library merged. A new 5,600 square foot state-of-the-art facility opened in December 1998. In March 2023, the Ropkins Branch reopened following a renovation. It now houses the Hartford History Center Annex.
The renovated branch is open to the community.
Ropkins is open Monday-Thursday from 10am-5pm.
